The 'Happy' workplace!!!!

The pic above made me laugh like crazy ;-) but then I felt genuinely sorry :-( as I was hallucinating about such a workplace. The pic was e-mailed to me by one of my friend.

does HR dept of a co. really help to overcome such situations? in books it says a lot that HR can play a big role in improving the org. culture but does that happen in reality also?; July 3, 2009 at 2:51 AM
